Hotel Manager

You are in close contact with your colleagues in the Service & Support Office. Monitor. You monitor and analyze performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve sales and profitability. You establish complete yearly budgets (revenues, cost , financial results), come with suggestions concerning investments and develop an improvement plan. Optimise. You optimise the revenue and close business deals. You minimize the risk of lost income, by securing good routines and follow up when it comes to payment and outstanding balances. You follow up on guest ledger together with the accounting department and ensure that payments are received in timely manner. Follow the rules. You are familiar with the legal requirements and ensure effective processes. You ensure security in all aspects Simply do it.
