Objectives and Tasks
• Marketing Strategy Development:
o Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and increase bookings.
o Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to identify target markets and develop strat-egies to engage them.
• Campaign Management:
o Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
o Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommenda-tions for improvement.
• Content Creation:
o Coordinate the creation of engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
o Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
• Social Media Management:
o Manage the hotel’s social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
o Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.
• Market Research:
o Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
o Utilize insights to adjust marketing strategies and tactics.
• Partnerships and Collaborations:
o Assist in identifying and establishing partnerships with local businesses and influ-encers to enhance brand visibility.
o Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
• Event Coordination:
o Support the planning and execution of promotional events and activities to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
o Ensure events are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand standards.
• Budget Management:
o Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
o Track expenditures and report on budget status.
• Performance Analytics:
o Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
o Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing activities and outcomes.
