Human Resources Internship POSITION PURPOSE
Assist the Human Resources team in the general organization of human resources department and services to the employees and in the day-to-day operations by carrying out various administrative tasks. Replace the Human Resources Manager during her absence.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to applications
Prepare contracts/employment certificates
Prepare new employee files and introduce them to the hotel
Assist employees with administration
Follow up on medical/incapacity certificates
Report and follow up on worker’s compensation administration
Handle requests and correspondence from interim agencies
File and organize daily paperwork
Organize staff celebrations (staff party, birthday, retirement, Christmas etc.)
