Breakfast and Lunch Supervisor

The Breakfast&Lunch Supervisor supervises daily breakfast operations and lunch service, maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during breakfast and lunch service. The position ensures the food and beverage/culinary operation meets the brand’s target in customer needs and satisfaction, brand quality and ensures employee satisfaction, and assists the Restaurant Manager on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department. Responsible for maintaining the Cardo image through the breakfast buffet and lunch buffet display in close collaboration with the kitchen. Responsibility include Restaurant Breakfast, Restaurant Lunch and Room Service. Determines training needed to accomplish goals for the morning (and noon) team, then implements plan. The breakfast supervisor is an adaptable asset to the Food & Beverage team, showing flexibility to answer operational needs depending on activity. That employee is deployable in any other F&B  department were needed or requested .
