What will be your job?
In the position of Director of Sales nhow Brussels, you are responsible for the nhow Brussels client portfolio and actively hunting for new local MICE and corporate clients together with the in-house sales manager.
We are looking for a result driven and proactive candidate with strong commercial background, a team player who is well organized and can work independently.
You are responsible to maximize revenues and profit for the accounts assigned & developing new opportunities establishing a complete action plan.
You represent nhow Brussels in main strategic (inter)national sales activities, in line with the commercial plan and in cooperation with the national and global sales team. You will co-ordinate sales efforts generated through sales calls, site inspections, local marketing activities and other actions…
You will be reporting to the Director of Business Development and working closely with the Hotel Director and in house sales/m&e teams.
Tasks & responsibilities
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies through preparation of a strategic sales plan.
Proactively position the hotel as a business leader in the market.
Ensure M&E revenue is always maximized.
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas of improvement.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and industry professionals.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends.
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager the roll out of all marketing activities in line with the strategy for the hotel.
Provide leadership and guidance to the local sales team, motivating them to achieve targets.
Establish and maintain a strong brand awareness through client events, trade shows and other promotional activities.
You are a sales hunter, have a pro-active business approach and commercial focus
You are ambitious to achieve optimal results.
Partner with local sales & our Group Sales colleagues to establish successful account deployment and execution.
Prepare and attend regular sales meetings to provide input and overall sales strategy.
Maintain and develop the RFP’s together with the National & International Sales Offices
Initiates and realizes sales events at nhow Brussels
