What’s the job?
To record & process all reservation inquiries made by phone or email efficiently and accurately and converted to sales where possible to meet hotel targets. Liaise with key departments including Front Office, Revenue & Finance.
Your day-to-day:
• Hotel Upselling and promotion
• Reservation management
• Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions and monitoring future occupancy rates (Business/Leisure/Groups/Cancel Flights)
• Booking processing
• Guest assistance
• Confirmation and follow-up
• Communication and working alongside with hotel departments.
• Problem resolution
• Sales support
• Preparations of reports
• Follow up of No Shows/Cancelations/Reservations changes
