In case you didn’t know about us (what?!) Minor Hotels (formerly NH Hotel Group), operates almost 550
hotels with around 60,000 rooms in 55 countries across Europe, America and Africa.
For nhow Brussels, we are looking for a skilled, savvy, ingenious and innovative (and, of course,
Marvelous) Marketing & Communication Manager who is ready to take a key role within a dynamic,
growing organisation. The lucky individual will play a strategic role in defining how nhow Brussels is
presented to a highly competitive market from 2025. Not constrained by traditional approaches, the
selected starlet will have experience working with enhancing a young brand or business, developing
partnerships, talking to journalist and influencers, and leveraging all relevant on and offline marketing
channels to achieve success.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Development and execution of the marketing & communications plan for nhow Brussels in conjunction
with hotel director and brand manager.
• Execution of marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and increase sales.
• Building marketing partnerships and develop joint promotions with other brands which support the nhow
brand.
• Outreach to lifestyle, trade, and consumer media with the help of the Benelux PR team.
• Manage incoming media inquiries and individual press trips and editorial visits to the property.
• Responsible for customer loyalty marketing.
• Market research & ROI analysis of marketing activities.
• Development of hotel marketing and sales collaterals.
• Responsible for maintaining the nhow Brussels website
• Creating the content plan and publishing on property social media channels.
• Setting up and managing paid media campaigns with support of the Brand Manager
• Acquire high-reach influencers for collaborations to increase visibility of the hotel.
• Support all photo and film shoots, internal and external.
• Management of third-party marketing agencies.
• Responsible for marketing budget planning & control.
• Creating and ordering new nhow Brussels merchandise with our established suppliers
•Working closely with in-house hotel team, whilst collaborating with marketing managers at the other nhow
hotels and nhow Brand Manager on global projects and creations.
