The Account Manager creates a productive, motivating working environment, and interacts with other departments to promote the achievement of the qualitative and quantitative targets of the Martin’s group.
The Account Manager will put forward the different hotels located in Belgium, by strengthening and building successful long term customer relationship on multi segments. (Corporate, mice & leisure). Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives. Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
Build long term relationships with corpo/mice/leisure accounts
Match customer needs with hotel needs
Develop & maintain the production & relation
Proactively seek information about corpo, mice & leisure accounts
– Deep analysis of the company – qualified research
– Prospecting defined in a Key Accounting planning based on the region
– Negotiation of « corporate contracts », business development & follow up of the bids and RFPs process
– Monthly follow up of the results per market
Deliver/prospect new potential customers
Update CRM with all relevant information for each account in terms of contacts, tasks, calls, meetings
Participation to the global sales activities & attend fairs and meet with clients.
Weekly/monthly reporting of the global sales activities to execute the Account Planning & sales target.
