The Account Manager will put forward the different hotels located in Belgium, by strengthening and building successful long term customer relationship on multi segments. (Corporate, mice & leisure). Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives. Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Build long term relationships with corpo/mice/leisure accounts Match customer needs with hotel needs Develop & maintain the production & relation Proactively seek information about corpo, mice & leisure accounts Deep analysis of the company – qualified research Prospecting defined in a Key Accounting planning based on the region Negotiation of « corporate contracts », business development & follow up of the bids and RFPs process Monthly follow up of the results per market Deliver/prospect new potential customers Update CRM with all relevant information for each account in terms of contacts, tasks, calls, meetings Participation to the global sales activities & attend fairs and meet with clients. Weekly/monthly reporting of the global sales activities to execute the Account Planning & sales target.
