Hotel Juliana in Brussels is looking for a driven Demi Chef de Partie for the the kitchen team. As the Demi Chef de Partie of Hotel Juliana in Brussels you will deliver an exceptional breakfast to our guests and prepare a belgian-french kitchen for our own restaurant and in room dining. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch. Key task are: - Run our kitchen team - managing food cost, stock and wastage - Together with the Hotel Management deal with menu planning and composition. - Practice and promote effective teamwork and communication amongst your direct work colleagues and colleagues in other departments - Carry out daily cleaning duties within the kitchen with your team in addition to following a 'clean as you go' policy - Ensure compliance with inhouse HACCP and food hygiene, health and safety systems to ensure compliance.
