The BHA is the representative organisation of the Brussels hotel sector. It represents all hotels and aparthotels, whether affiliated with a hotel chain or independent, without distinction of size or category.
In 2008, the Brussels hoteliers, aware of the specificity of their sector and its challenges, chose to group together autonomously and independently by forming the Brussels Hotels Association asbl/vzw, in short BHA.
Today, with more than 17,500 rooms, 7 million overnight stays per year, and 12,000 jobs, the BHA represents more than 90% of Brussels’ hotels.
The BHA is the most representative body of the Brussels hotel sector. Our association represents all hotels, whether they are chain or independent, regardless of size or category.
The BHA is the reference for finding a job in the hotel sector in Brussels and its surroundings. Consult the career opportunities our members offer and find the job/internship that suits you.
The ongoing work of the BHA is monitored by the Secretary General. Rodolphe Van Weyenbergh was appointed in 2010 to assume this function and to lead the execution of the action plan.
Originally from Brussels, Rodolphe Van Weyenbergh holds a law degree (UCL) and graduated from the Lausanne Hospitality Business School. He combines experience in international chains and independent hotels.
