We are currently looking for a MICE Hotel Planner to join our dynamic team at the Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre.

Responsibilities
Manage from A to Z. As Hotel Planner you manage MICE events and group reservations, from conception to completion, verification of the invoicing and finishing with a feed-back session with your client.
Collaborate and negotiate. You are in close contact with clients to understand their specific event requirements, objectives and budgets. You provide expert guidance to create tailored event proposals and ensure that the offers are signed!
Relationship builder. You build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service and act as their primary point of contact throughout the event planning process or group reservation and leave an everlasting impression.
Sales attitude. You conduct site inspections and pre-event meetings with your clients to ensure all aspects of the event are well-prepared and aligned with client expectations. Your sales attitude will convince your guests to sign and close the deal!
Partake. You are hands on when needed and will not hesitate to lift-up your sleeves to give a hand to your colleagues.
Coordinate and communicate. You are the liaison between the Hotel Planner department and all different departments in the hotel and with our Service & Support to ensure seamless execution of events and a high level of guest satisfaction.
Finance. Your files are bullet proof and after a post-event evaluations and debriefs with clients, the invoice is ready to be send.
As Hotel Planner, you are part of the Duty Management Team and will do Duty shifts each month.
